How to Manage the Logs

To view the logs

  1. While in the customer record, click System.
  2. Navigate to the Central Station section.
  3. If the account has previously been shelled, click Manage Account.
    • Note: The Manage Account button will only be displayed if the account has been successfully shelled (see Shelling an Account).
  4. Detail for all events history will be displayed, by default.
