How to View Account Information

To view the account information

  1. While in the customer record, click System.
  2. Navigate to the Central Station section.
  3. If the account has previously been shelled, click Manage Account.
    • Note: The Manage Account button will only be displayed if the account has been successfully shelled (see Shelling an Account).
  4. If not already selected, click General from the left menu.
    • Note: This is default tab when entering the Manage Account page.
  5. Nothing is editable on this page, just for viewing.
