How to View Account Information

To view the account information
- While in the customer record, click System.
- Navigate to the Central Station section.
- If the account has previously been shelled, click Manage Account.
- Note: The Manage Account button will only be displayed if the account has been successfully shelled (see Shelling an Account).
- If not already selected, click General from the left menu.
- Note: This is default tab when entering the Manage Account page.
- Nothing is editable on this page, just for viewing.
