To view event history
- While on the customer page, click System.
- Scroll down to the Central Station section.
- If the account has been shelled, click Manage Account.
- Note: If the account has not been shelled, see Shelling the Account.
- Click Event History in the left menu.
- Click Run to view all events.
- Note: Leaving the filters empty will display all events.
- To locate a specific event, use the Start Date and End Date filters.
- Click Run.
