How to View the Order Status for a Shelled ADT Account

To view the order status for a shelled ADT account

  1. While in the customer record, click System.
  2. Scroll down to the Central Station section.
  3. On the Central Station section, click Manage Account.
  4. In the ADT Customer Order window, click Order Status.
