ADT FAQs

What data fields are required for ADT?

There are a few different types of requirements for ADT accounts. See below for details:

Required by SecurityTrax to Create a customer:

  • Location
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • City
  • State
  • Phone 

 

Required by PreCheck:

  • Address
  • County
  • Zip
  • Account Type
  • Monitoring Company (Connected to ADT)
  • Business Name (if commercial)
  • Address 2 (optional)

 

Required to Create an ADT Account:

  • Sales Rep
  • Contract Term
  • Abort Code
  • Email
  • Credit Check (either credit_tracking_number, or credit_tracking_number AND adt-specific "tracking pin")
  • Emergency Contact (first name, last name, phone number, phone type, (also the contact must be marked as "enhanced verification" or ADT will put a hold on the account))
  • Monitoring Plan
  • Monitoring Rate
  • Lead Source*
  • Equipment Panel*
  • Install Type*
