What data fields are required for ADT?
There are a few different types of requirements for ADT accounts. See below for details:
Required by SecurityTrax to Create a customer:
- Location
- First Name
- Last Name
- City
- State
- Phone
Required by PreCheck:
- Address
- County
- Zip
- Account Type
- Monitoring Company (Connected to ADT)
- Business Name (if commercial)
- Address 2 (optional)
Required to Create an ADT Account:
- Sales Rep
- Contract Term
- Abort Code
- Credit Check (either credit_tracking_number, or credit_tracking_number AND adt-specific "tracking pin")
- Emergency Contact (first name, last name, phone number, phone type, (also the contact must be marked as "enhanced verification" or ADT will put a hold on the account))
- Monitoring Plan
- Monitoring Rate
- Lead Source*
- Equipment Panel*
- Install Type*
