How to Manage eContracts on a Shelled ADT Account
To create an eContract on a shelled ADT account
- While in the customer record, click System on the left side menu.
- Scroll down to the Central Station section.
- On the Central Station section, click Manage Account.
- In the ADT Customer Form window, click E-Contracts on the left side menu.
- Click Create.
- Select a signing method.
- Note: The data fields in the form will change based on the signing method selected.
- Enter values in each of the fields.
- Click Save.
To view the status of an eContract on a shelled ADT account
- On the Central Station section, click Manage Account.
- In the ADT Customer Form window, click E Contracts.
To sign an eContract on a shelled ADT account with embedded signing
- While in the customer record, click System.
- Scroll down to the Central Station section.
- On the Central Station section, click Manage Account.
- In the ADT Customer Form window, click E Contracts.
- Click Sign Here on the row of the desired eContract.
To void an eContract on a shelled ADT account
- While in the customer record, click System.
- Scroll down to the Central Station section.
- On the Central Station section, click Manage Account.
- In the ADT Customer Form window, click E-Contracts.
- Click Void on the row of the desired eContract.
