How to Manage eContracts on a Shelled ADT Account

To create an eContract on a shelled ADT account

  1. While in the customer record, click System on the left side menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Central Station section.
  3. On the Central Station section, click Manage Account.
  4. In the ADT Customer Form window, click E-Contracts on the left side menu.
  5. Click Create.
  6. Select a signing method.
    • Note: The data fields in the form will change based on the signing method selected.
  7. Enter values in each of the fields.
  8. Click Save.

 

To view the status of an eContract on a shelled ADT account

  1. On the Central Station section, click Manage Account.
  2. In the ADT Customer Form window, click E Contracts.

 

To sign an eContract on a shelled ADT account with embedded signing

  1. While in the customer record, click System.
  2. Scroll down to the Central Station section.
  3. On the Central Station section, click Manage Account.
  4. In the ADT Customer Form window, click E Contracts.
  5. Click Sign Here on the row of the desired eContract.

 

To void an eContract on a shelled ADT account

  1. While in the customer record, click System.
  2. Scroll down to the Central Station section.
  3. On the Central Station section, click Manage Account.
  4. In the ADT Customer Form window, click E-Contracts.
  5. Click Void on the row of the desired eContract.
