Calendar Map

Viewing the Calendar Map

The calendar map can only be viewed for users within one day. To view follow these steps:

1. Select one or more users on the calendar by selecting the checkbox next to their name(s).
2. Click on Generate Map. The map will open with the selected users' route for the day.
   1. Note: any customer's without a geo-coded address will be listed separately
3. To go back to the calendar grid or list view, select Calendar on the secondary navigation.

Map Options

While on the map there are some helpful tools for you, such as:

• To highlight a user, select their route and it will bold their route for you.
• Click on the layers icon  on the top right to select/deselect users.
• Click on any appointment to see more details about the appointment, work order, or customer.
  • Note: All other map features exist here (i.e. zooming in/out; click and drag to move around)
