At Risk

Gain significant insight into the overall health of your recurring revenue and establish an additional layer of protection against customer attrition with At-Risk Entries.

To view at-risk entries

  1. While in the Homescreen Dashboard, click At Risk in the left menu.
    • Note: Both Open and Recently Closed entries will be displayed, separately, by default.

 

How to Edit Open At-Risk Entries

To edit an open at-risk entry

  1. While on the Open section, click anywhere on the row of the desired Open at-risk entry.

To modify resolution details

  1. Resolution Details can now be updated.
    • Note: The Resolved and Closed sliders allow the entry to be closed but not resolved, resolved but not closed, or closed and resolved. 
  2. Optionally, select from the various dropdown menus (Resolution, Saved By, or Credit Reason).
  3. For additional details, enter information into the edit fields (Amount Collected, Amount Credited).
  4. Use the Collected Cleared Date entry calendar for any amounts collected. 

To add resolution attempts

  1. Scroll down to the Resolution Attempts area.
  2. Click Add at the far right of the Resolution Attempts section.
  3. Select the type of communication used from the Communication dropdown menu.
  4. Optionally, add any comments into the Notes edit box provided.
    • Note: All notes will be displayed in reverse chronological order (most recent at the top).

To delete the selected at-risk entry

  1. If the information is no longer valid, click Delete in the lower left of the page.
    • Note: A confirmation message will appear (click Delete, again, to confirm).

To save all modified or added information

  1. After all changes or additions have been applied, click Save.

 

How to Edit Closed At-Risk Entries

To edit a closed at-risk entry

  1. Navigate to the Closed section, if necessary.
  2. While on the Closed section, click anywhere on the row of the desired Closed at-risk entry.

To modify resolution details

  1. Resolution Details can now be updated.
    • Note: The Resolved and Closed sliders allow the entry to be closed but not resolved, resolved but not closed, or closed and resolved. 
  2. Optionally, select from the various dropdown menus (Resolution, Saved By, or Credit Reason).
  3. For additional details, enter information into the edit fields (Amount Collected, Amount Credited).
