How to Manage Lead Information

To view the lead information

  1. Navigate to a lead's record.
  2. Select Lead on the left Nav menu.
    • Note: In mobile devices this navigation is at the bottom of the page.

On this page you will see: 

  • Lead Information
  • Central Station information
  • Lead Details

To edit the lead's information

  1. While on a lead record on the Lead tab.
  2. Click the Edit icon Customer_Information_EditIcon.jpg on the upper right corner of the Lead Information section.
  3. Make all desired changes.
  4. Click Save.

 

To delete a lead

  1. In the Lead Information section, click the Edit icon Customer_Information_EditIcon.jpg located in the top right corner.
  2. Click Delete Lead at the bottom of the section.
  3. A confirmation message will appear. To confirm deletion of the lead, click Delete.
