How to View the Progress of an Envelope

To view the envelope

  1. While in the customer record, click Files.
  2. In the Electronic Documents section, click on the desired envelope's row.
  3. This will open a window that will allow you to view the status of each recipient in the signing process.
    • Note: You can click Resend to resend an email to a recipient who has not yet signed, at any time. 
  4. The envelope status will be listed at the top center of the page.
