How to View the Progress of an Envelope
To view the envelope
- While in the customer record, click Files.
- In the Electronic Documents section, click on the desired envelope's row.
- This will open a window that will allow you to view the status of each recipient in the signing process.
- Note: You can click Resend to resend an email to a recipient who has not yet signed, at any time.
- The envelope status will be listed at the top center of the page.
