Viewing Customer Warnings
Customer warnings are located on the customer's record while on any page. To see all the ways you can navigate to a customer's record, click here: Customer Management FAQs.
To view customer warnings
- While on any customer page, if the account has one or more issues, a red-warning banner will appear at the top, above Tags, until all issues have been resolved.
