How to Use Customer Workflows
Create customer allows you to create customer accounts in SecurityTrax with an easy-to-use workflow.
To select a workflow option
- While logged into SecurityTrax, mouse over Create icon in the top navigation menu, next to Global Search, then select Customer.
- Select from the Select Workflow options and click Start.
- Note: If only one workflow is active, the customer create process will start immediately (this step will not be necessary).
