How to Use Customer Workflows

Create customer allows you to create customer accounts in SecurityTrax with an easy-to-use workflow.

To select a workflow option

  1. While logged into SecurityTrax, mouse over Create icon CustomerCreatePlus.png in the top navigation menu, next to Global Search, then select Customer.
  2. Select from the Select Workflow options and click Start.
    • Note: If only one workflow is active, the customer create process will start immediately (this step will not be necessary).
