How to Manage Account Testing
To Place the Account On/Off Test
- While on the customer page, click System.
- Scroll down to the Central Station section.
- If the account has been shelled, click Manage Account.
- Note: If the account has not been shelled, see Shelling the Account.
- In the upper right, click Place On/Off Test.
To place the account On Test
- Select the On Test option.
- Select the Expire Date and Expire Time when the test will be terminated.
- Add any needed instructions.
- Click Save.
To place the account Off Test
- Select the Off Test option.
- Click Save.
