Brinks eContracts

Creating a Brinks eContract requires the logged in user to have Brinks credentials entered into SecurityTrax. To learn how to do this, see My Integrations

Creating Brinks eContracts

Select the Signing Type. If account is a commercial account, you will also be able to select the Company Title.

Upload Attachments

On on commercial account, this section allows you to upload a file for each type.

Equipment & Installation Information

This section includes information about Equipment and Installation. Note: A billing method and an Install appointment must be added to the customer record in SecurityTraxt prior to coming to this page. 

Insurance and Billing Information

Insurance and Billing information is listed here. Note that the customer must have a monthly monitoring rate, and contract in SecurityTrax prior to coming to this page.

Secondary Signer Information

Select if the Secondary Signer will sign or not. If a secondary signer will be signing, you will be prompted to enter their information.

Survey Questions

All survey questions require answers. 

Downloading Completed Contracts

If embedded signing is enabled, we will automatically download the completed Contract. Please note that if we automatically downloading a complete contract we auto-unlink the eContract. 

Unlinking an eContract

Linked contracts can be unlinked.

Pre Shell

  1. On the customer record, in the customer tab, navigate to the Central Station section.
  2. Select the dropdown next to the Shell Account button.
  3. Select Unlink eContract. Note: this option will only appear if a linked eContract exists.

Post Shell

  1. On the customer record, in the customer tab, navigate to the Central Station section.
  2. Click the Manage Account button.
  3. In the Account tab, click the Actions button.
  4. Select Unlink eContract. Note: this option will only appear if a linked eContract exists.
