How to View Discrepancies on a Shelled ADT Account
To view discrepancies on a shelled ADT account
- While in a customer record, click System.
- Navigate to the Central Station section and click Manage Account.
- If there are any discrepancies between SecurityTrax and ADT data, a red View Discrepancies button will be shown at the top of the screen.
- A window will open showing the discrepancies.
To manage discrepancies on a shelled ADT account
- On the discrepancy window, choose the data you want to persist in SecurityTrax.
- Click Save.
