How to View Discrepancies on a Shelled ADT Account

To view discrepancies on a shelled ADT account

  1. While in a customer record, click System.
  2. Navigate to the Central Station section and click Manage Account.
  3. If there are any discrepancies between SecurityTrax and ADT data, a red View Discrepancies button will be shown at the top of the screen. 
  4. A window will open showing the discrepancies.

 

To manage discrepancies on a shelled ADT account

  1. On the discrepancy window, choose the data you want to persist in SecurityTrax.
  2. Click Save.
