How to Make an ADT Rate Adjustment

To make an ADT rate adjustment

1. While in the customer record, click System.
2. Scroll down to the Central Station section.
3. On the Central Station section, click Manage Account.
4. In the ADT Customer Form window, click Rate Adjustment.
5. Update any desired fields.
6. Click Save.

Note: To avoid funding issues you must get preapproval from ADT Dealer Support Management and have the account noted with the approval before you use this service.
