How to Manage Customer Appointments

To view customer appointments

  1. While in the customer record, click Appointments.
    • Note: The list of appointments can be sorted by various columns (the usual arrow cursor changes to the hand cursor when a  sortable column is hovered over with the mouse). Click once on the column name and the Up-Arrow icon Screen Shot 2019-03-13 at 4.36.01 PM.png appears to indicate that the list is now in ascending order. Click a second time and the Down-Arrow icon Screen Shot 2019-03-13 at 4.45.35 PM.png appears to indicate that the list is in descending order.

To edit customer appointments

  1. Click the on the desired Appointments row.
  2. Make any desired edits.
  3. Click Save.

To delete customer appointments

  1. While on the Appointments page, click Delete in the lower left of the page.
  2. A confirmation message will appear.
  3. To confirm, click Delete.
