ADT Reports
Easily access ADT reports and customer data directly within SecurityTrax, including Aging, Attrition, Daily Cut In, Funding, and more.
Where to find ADT Reports
- While logged into SecurityTrax, click on the company menu icon.
- Select Reports.
- Find the ADT Reports tab on the left (on the bottom in mobile view).
How to Run an ADT Report
- Select your Monitoring Company integration.
- Note: if you only have one, it will be filled in by default.
- Enter your dealer number
- Note: Set your Global Dealer number in Global Settings to have this auto filled. Learn more on how to set up a dealer number in Global setting by clicking here.
- Select the Report from the dropdown.
- Download a pdf or xls file.
