How To Manage Partner Company Campaigns

Introduction

Campaigns are a sub-group to further help further identify how the Lead or Customer was generated.

For example, you might buy leads from a Partner Company named ABC Leads. They generate leads via cold calls, door knocking, and the web. In this case, we would create Partner Company Campaigns named Cold Call, Door Knock and Online Lead in order to provide further detail to the origins of the lead.

Partner Company Campaign

A sub-group of a Partner Company to further help further identify how the Lead or Customer was generated.

Partner Company

An internal or external source you can set on a customer to track it's origin.

Usage

View

In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
Click Campaigns in the left menu.

Create

In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
Click Campaigns in the left menu.
In the Campaigns section, click Add.
Fill out the desired fields.
Click Save.

Edit

In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
Click Campaigns in the left menu.
In the Campaigns section, click on the row of the desired campaign.
Update the desired fields.
Click Save.

Apply Tag

In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
Click Campaigns in the left menu.
On the Campaigns page, click the Apply Tag icon inside the row of the desired campaign.
Inside the Apply Tag window, search for the desired tag.
Click on the desired tag.
Close the Apply Tag window.

Remove Tag

While on the Campaigns page, click the Apply Tag icon inside the row of the desired campaign.
Inside the Apply Tag window, search for the desired tag.
Click on the desired tag.
Close the Apply Tag window.
