How to Manage Interactive Services Providers

To view your interactive services providers

1. While logged into SecurityTrax, click on your Company Name or the Hamburger icon  in the upper-left header.
   • Note: Once clicked, the hamburger will change to .
2. Under Admin, click Company Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
4. In the Integrations section, click Interactive Services Providers.

To create a new interactive service provider

1. In the Interactive Services Providers section, click Add.
2. In the Add Interactive Services Provider window, fill out the desired fields.
3. Click Save.

Note: After creating a new interactive services provider you need to set up the integration in order to share data with the interactive services provider.

To connect an Alarm.com interactive services provider

1. In the Interactive Services Provider section, click on the row of the desired Interactive Services Provider.
2. In the Interactive Services Provider  window, click Integration.
3. Fill out the desired fields.
4. Click Save.

To edit an interactive services provider

1. In the Interactive Services Provider section, click on the row of the desired Interactive Services Provider.
2. In the Interactive Services Provider window, fill out the desired fields.
3. Click Save.
