1) Enabling ADT

SecurityTrax needs to make sure that the ADT integration is activated. Please contact us when you are ready to begin and we will do this for you.

We will also update your site with the new required Monitoring Plans that you will need to shell an account. ADT’s API supports a new list of Monitoring plans. In order for the integration to work in SecurityTrax and for you to successfully submit orders through the API, you will need this list of monitoring plans loaded into your SecurityTrax site.

They are referenced in the screenshot below. Note that monitoring plans that are set on customers previously in your SecurityTrax platform will remain on those customers, but none of the plans currently available in the monitoring plan drop down will be available as options for new customers or on old customers that you may want to change the Monitoring Plan on.

NOTE: If you don't do any commercial accounts we can remove the last five on the list.
