How to View the Central Station Servicing the Customer

To view the central station servicing the customer

  1. While in the customer record, click System.
  2. The Central Station section will display the status and details for the customer.

To edit information sent to the Central Station for a customer

  1. Click on the Edit icon Screen Shot 2018-07-30 at 4.08.19 PM.png on the top right corner.
  2. Make any desired changes.
    • Note: When adding an account number on a Stages customer record, you can click the Add icon Screen Shot 2019-06-06 at 4.19.22 PM.png in the Account Number  field to request the next account number from the Account Number Block set.
  3. Click Save.
