How to Manage a Customer's Agency Contacts

To view a customer's agency contacts

  1. While in the customer record, click Contacts.
  2. Navigate to the Agency Contacts section.

 

To edit an agency contact 

  1. On the Agency Contacts section, click the desired field.
  2. Update the desired field.
  3. Click the Checkbox icon Inline Edit Save.png to save.
