Create and connect a customer record to TELUS through the TELUS Integration within SecurityTrax.

Set up account for creation

  1. While on the customer record, click on the Customer tab.
  2. Navigate to the Central Station section. 
  3. Click the Edit icon Screen Shot 2020-03-09 at 4.46.41 PM.png
  4. Select the TELUS Central Station Integration you have set up in the Monitored By field. For more information on how to set up the integration, see Tellus Integration
  5. Click Save.
    1. Note: Clicking Save will update this section to the integration settings. You may need to edit this section again. 
  6. Add an account number and any other details you would like. 
    1. Note: If you have set up Account Number Blocks, you will see an Add icon Screen Shot 2020-03-09 at 4.33.50 PM.png button in this field. 
  7. Click the Shell Account button.
