How to Manage Task Templates

To view all task templates

  1. While logged into SecurityTrax, click on your Company Name or the Hamburger icon Screen Shot 2019-07-09 at 1.29.49 PM.png in the upper-left header.
    • Note: Once clicked, the hamburger will change to Screen Shot 2019-07-09 at 1.30.41 PM.png.
  2. Under Admin, click Company Settings.
  3. Click Task Templates in the Content Management section.
    • Note: All task templates will be listed, active Screen Shot 2019-04-11 at 10.44.54 AM.pngor inactive Screen Shot 2019-04-11 at 10.44.32 AM.png, by default.

To create a task template 

  1. Click on Add on the top right corner.
  2. Fill out the required Name field and any other pertinent information from the dropdown menus.
    • Note: The Active slider is in the On position, by default. 
  3. Click Save.

To edit a task template

  1. Click anywhere on the row of the desired task template.
  2. Make any desired changes.
    1. Note: To inactivate this task template, click the Active slider to the Off position. 
  3. Click Save.
