To view all task templates
- While logged into SecurityTrax, click on your Company Name or the Hamburger icon in the upper-left header.
- Note: Once clicked, the hamburger will change to .
- Under Admin, click Company Settings.
- Click Task Templates in the Content Management section.
- Note: All task templates will be listed, active or inactive , by default.
To create a task template
- Click on Add on the top right corner.
- Fill out the required Name field and any other pertinent information from the dropdown menus.
- Note: The Active slider is in the On position, by default.
- Click Save.
To edit a task template
- Click anywhere on the row of the desired task template.
- Make any desired changes.
- Note: To inactivate this task template, click the Active slider to the Off position.
- Click Save.
