How to Manage Work Order Types

To view all work order types
- While logged into SecurityTrax, click on your Company Name or the Hamburger icon in the upper-left header.
- Note: Once clicked, the hamburger will change to .
- Under Admin, click Company Settings.
- Click Work Order Types in the Content Management section.
- Note: All work order types will be listed, active or inactive , by default.
To create a work order type
- Click on Add on the top right corner.
- Fill out the required Name field.
- Note: The Active slider is in the On position, by default.
- Click Save.
To edit a work order type
- Click anywhere on the row of the desired work order type.
- There are three work order types (Install, Service, and Removal) where the Name is write protected. All others are editable.
- Note: To inactivate this work order type, click the Active slider to the Off position.
- Click Save.
