How to Manage Order Templates

To view all customer order templates

  1. While logged into SecurityTrax, click on your Company Name or the Hamburger icon Screen Shot 2019-07-09 at 1.29.49 PM.png in the upper-left header.
    • Note: Once clicked, the hamburger will change to Screen Shot 2019-07-09 at 1.30.41 PM.png.
  2. Under Admin, click Company Settings.
  3. Click Order Templates in the Content Management section.

To create an order template 

  1. Click on Add on the top right corner.
  2. Fill out the required fields and any other information desired.
  3. Click Save.

To allow a user to select from multiple monthly charges

  1. Click Manage in the Monthly Charges section.
  2. Select all monthly charges to be available for the user to select.
  3. Click the Close icon Screen Shot 2018-07-31 at 1.23.01 PM.png or outside of the Monthly Charges window to exit.

To allow a user to select from multiple equipment packages

  1. Click Manage in the Package section.
  2. Select all packages to be available for the user to select.
  3. Click the Close icon Screen Shot 2018-07-31 at 1.23.01 PM.png or outside of the Equipment window to exit.

To allow a user to auto-create a quote or invoice

  1. Turn Create Invoice/Quote on.
  2. Select which items are to be available for auto-creation.

To edit/view an order template

  1. Click anywhere on the row of the desired order template.
  2. Make any desired changes.
  3. Click Save.

Note: If no changes were made, you can exit by clicking the Close icon Screen Shot 2018-07-31 at 1.23.01 PM.png.
