How to Manage the User's Role Settings

Manage the User's Tech and/or Sales settings by clicking on Roles in the left menu. Note: The Roles tab will only show up if these settings are available for a User per the group they are assigned to.

To view the user's role settings

  1. While on the user record, click Roles on the left-side menu.

To edit the user's role settings

  1. Click the Edit icon Edit_Icon.jpg on the Roles page.
  2. Make sure all required fields are completed and Tech Comments, if applicable.
  3. Click Save.
