How To Manage All Tasks

To view the tasks list

  1. While logged into SecurityTrax, click Tasks on the top navigation.

 

To filter the tasks list

  1. Navigate to the filters section at the top of the page.
  2. On the drop-down menu options, select the filter options you desire. 
  3. Click Apply.

 

To expand tasks on the list

If a task's note is long it can be expanded. 

  1. On the row of the task with a long note, click the Expand icon More_Button.jpg.

 

To edit a task

  1. Click the Edit icon Edit_Icon.jpgon the task row.
  2. Make desired changes.
  3. Click Save.

 

To manage tags on a task

To apply a tag

  1. Click the Tag icon tag_icon.png.
  2. In the Tags list, select the tag(s) you wish to apply.
  3. To exit, click outside the Tags list or click the Close icon Close_Icon2.jpg.

To remove a tag

  1. Click the Tag icon tag_icon.png.
  2. Deselect any previously selected tag to remove the tag from the task.   
  3. To exit, click off the Tags list or click the Close iconClose_Icon2.jpg.

To create a tag

  1. Click the Tag icon tag_icon.png.
  2. At the bottom of the Tags list, click Create New Tag.
  3. Type in the name of the new Tag in the Name field.
  4. Click the checkmark icon or hit enter to save.
  5. To exit, click outside the Tags list or click the Close icon Close_Icon2.jpg.

 

To delete a task

  1. Click the Delete icon delete_icon.png of the task.
  2. A confirmation message will appear. Click Delete again to confirm the deletion.
