How to View the Interactive Service Provider Information
To view the interactive service provider
- While in the customer record, click System.
- Scroll down to the Interactive Services Provider section to view the status and details for the customer.
To edit the interactive service provider information
- Click on the Edit icon
on the top right corner. - Make any desired changes.
- Click Save.
