How to shell a commitment with Alarm.com

  1. While in the customer record, click System.
  2. Scroll down to the Interactive Services Provider section.
  3. Using the Provided By dropdown menu, select Alarm.com.
  4. Click Shell Account.
  5. In the Create Customer window, select Create Commitment at the top.
  6. Enter values in an empty fields.
  7. Click Save.

 

How to update a commitment's service plan for a shelled Alarm.com account

  1. While in the customer record, click System.
  2. Scroll down to the Interactive Services Provider section and click Manage Account.
  3. Click Service Plan on the left menu and update the desired data points.
  4. Click Save.

 

How to activate an Alarm.com commitment

  1.  While in the customer record, click System.
  2. Scroll down to the Interactive Services Provider section and click Manage Account.
  3. Click Activate Commitment.
  4. Update any desired fields.
  5. Click Save.
