To search for a customer
- While logged in to SecurityTrax, on any page, click on the Search icon on the top navigation bar.
- Note: To cancel the search, click the Close icon .
- Using the Name dropdown menu, select the item (ID, Name, or Phone) by which you would like to search (Name is the default).
- Click into the Search Customers dropdown field and begin typing into the edit field provided.
- Note: As each character is entered, a list of results, or the message "Sorry, no matches found," will appear immediately below.
