How to Manage Tags

To view all tags

  1. While logged in to SeucrityTrax, click on Admin on the top navigation menu.
  2. Select Company Settings from the Admin dropdown menu.
  3. Click Tags in the System section.

Note: Tags are categorized by: Customer, Tech Schedule, Customer Note, User, Location, Partner Company Campaign, and Partner Company. Scroll down to see all.

 

To create a tag

  1. Click on Add on the upper right hand corner.
  2. Fill out the required fields and any other information.
  3. Click Save.

 

To edit/view a tag

  1. Click on the Pencil icon Screen Shot 2018-07-30 at 4.08.19 PM.png on the tag row.
  2. Make any desired changes.
  3. Click Save.
