How to Manage Partner Companies

To view your list of partner companies

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation.
  2. Select Company Settings from the Admin menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  4. In the Integrations section, click Partner Companies.

 

To add a new partner company

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation.
  2. Select Company Settings from the Admin menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  4. In the Integrations section, click Partner Companies.
  5. In the Partner Companies section, click Add.
  6. In the Add Partner Company window, fill out the desired fields.
  7. Click Save.

 

To edit a partner company

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation.
  2. Select Company Settings from the Admin menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  4. In the Integrations section, click Partner Companies.
  5. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  6. On the Company page, click the Edit icon Pencil Edit Icon.png in the desired section.
  7. Update the desired fields.
  8. Click Save.

 

To apply a tag to a partner company

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation.
  2. Select Company Settings from the Admin menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  4. In the Integrations section, click Partner Companies.
  5. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  6. On the Company page, click the Apply Tag icon Apply Tag Icon.png .
  7. Inside the Apply Tag window, search for the desired tag.
  8. Click on the desired tag.
  9. Close the Apply Tag window.

 

To remove a tag from a partner company

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation.
  2. Select Company Settings from the Admin menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  4. In the Integrations section, click Partner Companies.
  5. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.

EITHER

  1. Click the inside the desired tag.
  2. Click Remove inside the Confirmation window.

OR

  1. On the Company page, click the Apply Tag icon Apply Tag Icon.png .
  2. In the Apply Tag window, search for the desired tag.
  3. Click on the desired tag.
  4. Close the Apply Tag window.

 

To view your list of partner company campaigns

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation.
  2. Select Company Settings from the Admin menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  4. In the Integrations section, click Partner Companies.
  5. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  6. Click Campaigns.

 

To add a new partner company campaign

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation.
  2. Select Company Settings from the Admin menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  4. In the Integrations section, click Partner Companies.
  5. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  6. Click Campaigns in the left menu.
  7. In the Campaigns section, click Add.
  8. Fill out the desired fields.
  9. Click Save.

 

To edit a partner company campaign

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation.
  2. Select Company Settings from the Admin menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  4. In the Integrations section, click Partner Companies.
  5. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  6. Click Campaigns in the left menu.
  7. In the Campaigns section, click the Edit icon Pencil Edit Icon.png inside the row of the desired campaign.
  8. Update the desired fields.
  9. Click Save.

 

To apply a tag to a partner company 

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation.
  2. Select Company Settings from the Admin menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  4. In the Integrations section, click Partner Companies.
  5. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  6. Click Campaigns in the left menu.
  7. On the Campaigns page, click the Apply Tag icon Apply Tag Icon.png inside the row of the desired campaign.
  8. Inside the Apply Tag window, search for the desired tag.
  9. Click on the desired tag.
  10. Close the Apply Tag window.

 

To remove a tag from a partner company 

  1. Click Admin in the top navigation.
  2. Select Company Settings from the Admin menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  4. In the Integrations section, click Partner Companies.
  5. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  6. Click Campaigns in the left menu.
  7. On the Campaigns page, click the Apply Tag icon Apply Tag Icon.png inside the row of the desired campaign.
  8. Inside the Apply Tag window, search for the desired tag.
  9. Click on the desired tag.
  10. Close the Apply Tag window.
