How to Manage Partner Companies

To view your list of partner companies

  1. While logged into SecurityTrax, click on your Company Name or the Hamburger icon Screen Shot 2019-07-09 at 1.29.49 PM.png in the upper-left header.
    • Note: Once clicked, the hamburger will change to Screen Shot 2019-07-09 at 1.30.41 PM.png.
  2. Under Admin, click Company Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
  4. In the Integrations section, click Partner Companies.

To add a new partner company

  1. In the Partner Companies section, click Add.
  2. In the Add Partner Company window, fill out the desired fields.
  3. Click Save.

To edit a partner company

  1. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  2. On the Company page, click on the row of the desired partner company.
  3. Update the desired fields.
  4. Click Save.

To apply a tag to a partner company

  1. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  2. Just above the Company page, click the Apply Tag icon Apply Tag Icon.png .
  3. Inside the Apply Tag window, search for the desired tag.
  4. Click on the desired tag.
  5. Close the Apply Tag window.

To remove a tag from a partner company

  1. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.

EITHER

  1. Click the inside the desired tag.
  2. Click Remove inside the Confirmation window.

OR

  1. Just above the Company page, click the Apply Tag icon Apply Tag Icon.png .
  2. In the Apply Tag window, search for the desired tag.
  3. Click on the desired tag.
  4. Close the Apply Tag window.

To view your list of partner company campaigns

  1. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  2. Click Campaigns in the left menu.

To add a new partner company campaign

  1. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  2. Click Campaigns in the left menu.
  3. In the Campaigns section, click Add.
  4. Fill out the desired fields.
  5. Click Save.

To edit a partner company campaign

  1. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  2. Click Campaigns in the left menu.
  3. In the Campaigns section, click on the row of the desired campaign.
  4. Update the desired fields.
  5. Click Save.

To apply a tag to a partner company 

  1. In the Partner Companies section, click anywhere on the row of the desired partner company.
  2. Click Campaigns in the left menu.
  3. On the Campaigns page, click the Apply Tag icon Apply Tag Icon.png inside the row of the desired campaign.
  4. Inside the Apply Tag window, search for the desired tag.
  5. Click on the desired tag.
  6. Close the Apply Tag window.

To remove a tag from a partner company 

  1. While on the Campaigns page, click the Apply Tag icon Apply Tag Icon.png inside the row of the desired campaign.
  2. Inside the Apply Tag window, search for the desired tag.
  3. Click on the desired tag.
  4. Close the Apply Tag window.
