How to Manage Work Order Types

To view all work order types

  1. While logged into SecurityTrax, click on your Company Name or the Hamburger icon Screen Shot 2019-07-09 at 1.29.49 PM.png in the upper-left header.
    • Note: Once clicked, the hamburger will change to Screen Shot 2019-07-09 at 1.30.41 PM.png.
  2. Under Admin, click Company Settings.
  3. Click Work Order Types in the Content Management section.
    • Note: All work order types will be listed, active Screen Shot 2019-04-11 at 10.44.54 AM.pngor inactive Screen Shot 2019-04-11 at 10.44.32 AM.png, by default.

To create a work order type 

  1. Click on Add on the top right corner.
  2. Fill out the required Name field.
    • Note: The Active slider is in the On position, by default. 
  3. Click Save.

To edit a work order type

  1. Click anywhere on the row of the desired work order type.
  2. There are three work order types (Install, Service, and Removal) where the Name is write protected. All others are editable. 
    1. Note: To inactivate this work order type, click the Active slider to the Off position. 
  3. Click Save.
