How to view a log of changes made to the user's record

Any and all transactional activity while logged into SecurityTrax is recorded and maintained in the user's history.

To view a log of changes made to a user's account

  1. While in the user's record, click History on the left side menu.
    • Note: By default, all historical record details are listed with associated date & time of the occurance.
