How to Create a New Job Function

To create a new job function

  1. While on the Payables page, click on the New Job Function dropdown arrow Screen Shot 2019-06-12 at 1.58.52 PM.png and select from the options (New Job Function from Scratch or New Job Function from Existing).

To create a new job function from scratch

  1. In the New User Job Function window, fill in the required Payables Category and Name fields.
  2. Enter the optional Description field, if desired.

To create a new job function from existing

  1. In the New User Job Function from Existing window, select an existing group from the dropdown menu.
  2. Fill in the required Name field.
  3. Click Create.
